These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuraPal mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by AuraPal ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AuraPal uses artificial intelligence to score photos you submit, provide feedback and tips, and optionally generate an AI "improved" version. Scores, verdicts, and suggestions are automated opinions for entertainment and guidance only — they are not professional advice or guarantees of any outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using AuraPal you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to generate scores, feedback, and improved versions.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts other people without their consent.

4. Subscriptions and payments

AuraPal offers an optional paid subscription ("AuraPal Pro") that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your app store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering it, abusing the AI features, submitting unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated scores and images may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
